Ryan Malone returned to Minnesota Hockey Camps to continue
the training he started at age 15. Below is a quote taken from

TO ROOTS AT SUMMER HOCKEY CAMP by Brian Coe:
"That summer workout routine hasn’t
stopped for Malone, who continues to refine his game and
stay in shape by taking part in the Minnesota Hockey Camp in
Brainerd, MN - one of the top retreats for prospective and
current pros in North America. He plans on skating for three
weeks before returning to Pittsburgh to prepare for the
upcoming season."
“In Brainerd, you’ll get whipped into
shape,” Malone said. “In three weeks usually you’re in top
shape. In three weeks you can see an improvement in your
skating, so that camp has helped me and pretty much made me
the player I am today.” |
