Select Series
Camp- Ages 11 and up
MHC has been in operation for
30 years. During those 30 years, with numerous
experiments, we determined that the serious players wanted more than a
one-week camp. We
have had over 1000 athletes spend each summer with us training to become
bigger, stronger and faster.
It order to provide
the most flexible summer training schedule, MHC has created a 10 week camp
that provides you the option of when you want to attend. You can now select which weeks you would
like to attend and sign up!! You can train for one or more. You
decide!

WE CAN DESIGN A PROGRAM TO FIT YOUR
NEEDS!
Basic Skills Camp
-
Ages 7 to 10 yrs old
The Basic Skills Camps are designed for young hockey players
that play at beginning level. The ice
training and dry-land training are the same as the other camps with the
emphasis more on skill development. Players who show they have
the skills and talent will be invited to our advanced camps at the
discretion of our coaches.

GOALIE CAMPS - 2 sessions (16-14 yrs. &
13-11 yrs.)
Our Goalie Camps have the same amount of on-ice and
off-ice practices as our other camps. Our coaches are either
high school/college that were goalies themselves and are still
working with goalies at the high school/college level. Our
counselors are either junior or college goalies. We limit our
group size to 20 goalies. Each group has two goalie coaches and two assistants.
Each goalie will improve his game when he spends
an entire week concentrating on technique.

GIRLS CAMP - Age 13 yrs old and older
We off two weeks of Girls' Camp for the second
year by popular demand. Girls that attend camp are serious
hockey players that want to develop their skills both on and off
the ice in order to compete at the top of their game. The girls
will follow the same schedule as our other resident camps for
overall development.

PARENT/CHILD CAMP (Children ages 5 to 7)
Enjoy a week with your child learning the game you
both love. By following the same schedule as our other camps both
parent and kid see first hand the time that needs to be put in for
development in the summer. Parents will be able to pick up new
on-ice drills and off-ice training techniques that will be very
beneficial for youth hockey back home. A parent can choose to skate
with their child or sit back and watch. In the evening,
campers may enjoy planned activities with their counselors or spend
quality alone time with their parent. There is also time for
parents to enjoy individual recreational activities in the Brainerd
Lakes Area.
